At this time in the history of the world, these 17 people, along with their wives, were unique in all the world, inasmuch as they were of the covenant people of the Lord (Mormon 8:15), the apple of the Lord’s eye (Zechariah 2:8), the people of the first covenant (Mormon 7:10, made in the pre-existence). These are the beginning of the people who made an “everlasting covenant” (Genesis 17:13) with God. All of these men were prophets, which is who the Lord Jesus refers to in calling their children (Native Americans) “children of the prophets.” (3 Nephi 20:25)
And behold, ye [Native American ancestors] are the children of the prophets; and ye are of the house of Israel; and ye are of the covenant which the Father made with your fathers, saying unto Abraham: And in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed.

Isaiah 49:23 is imminent here to be fulfilled. The Lord has given EVERYTHING needful to legally and lawfully restore tangata whenua (Nephites) thru Hagoth, to our stolen land.
